We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic, hardworking team player to join our front of house staff.

The position would suit someone with at least two year’s previous experience in the hospitality industry with a passion for delivering fantastic customer service.
The candidate must be 18 plus.

The role will involve serving food and drink in both the bar and restaurant as well as making cocktails and general housekeeping duties. In house training will be provided.

Initially this position is to fill Saturday daytimes between 12pm- 9pm. Extra shifts may be available.

We are currently looking to recruit a ‘Sous Chef ‘ to join our growing team and support the head chef with the day to day running of the kitchen.

Our bar and kitchen are open Wednesday through to Sunday.

Your duties will include:-

• Overseeing and supervising kitchen staff.
• Ensuring and maintaining top quality food.
• Assisting the head chef with inventory and management of supplies
• Managing and taking full responsibility of your own section.
• Ensuring that a high level of hygiene and cleanliness is maintained through out the kitchen.

The ideal candidate must:-

• Be reliable
• Work well in a team, with the iniative to work and manage their own station if and when required.
• 1 years experience in a Commercial kitchen
• Basic Hygiene Certificates
